Is there any free scanner to scan this type of code?

Can someone tell me what type of code (like QR/Bar/Matrix Code) is it and if there are any free apps for Android 11/windows to scan and export into csv or excel sheet?

Please note that these types (arrow and digit) of codes are usually seen in National ID Cards and Passports but I do not know its name.

I believe it's called PDF417, and I've only really seen it on aircraft boarding cards. Which they scan at security, and at the boarding gate.

Apparently this app is supposed to be able to read PDF417.

Thanks for your answer. But it is not PDF417. If you visit the link which you provided, you can see the PDF417 is actually the upper side code of my picture... But I want to know the name of bottom side code (marked by red rectangle in the picture). Do you have any idea?
