Is there any way to open .dwg file in android?

I want to open .dwg file directly without converting into any other format.
Is there any app to open .dwg files and saved into local file system?
Is there any any java api to support autocad(.dwg) files in android?

If I am trying to saving the file, it is upload into the autocad account also.
I don't want that one.
Is there any other way to do that one?
