Is there anything like a CCCP for Android device?

I am sure if you watch a lot of video on your PC you know how awesome CCCP and Media Player Classic is, they can pretty much play every single video format except .FLV.

Is there any almighty video player for Android that can play pretty much everything like Media Player Classic does with the codec pack?
