If you're having a difficult time distinguishing whether it's a scratch or crack,it would be virtually impossible for anyone to judge just by looking at a photo.

If functionality isn't affected,the point is moot & regardless,it's a cosmetic flaw.
Whether you can live w/it,that's up to you.

It's got to be a scratch When your screen actually cracks you can feel pieces moving around. Can you feel pieces moving around?
