Help Is this normal?

I've been using watchdog for a few days and just got this alert. I don't know anything about CPU or how core processes run, but it shouldn't have that heavy a load with just android forums app and Pandora open, right?

That could be transient or it could be the system providing services to something else.

I have the paid version installed but I don't understand a lot of the info. I'm not quite that tech savvy yet. It looks like that was just a spike though
