Is this possible... lock "restore factory"

hello i use aplication "Watchdog" and ewerything works great, but if i lost my phone or will be stolen and someone do the
"restore factory" -my watchdog will be deleted.
Is this posible to lock only this one option "restore factory" -password or pin code???

ps. sory for my vocabulary, english is't my primary language
