Whether it's about Obama or Trump, people with an attitude like expressed in the OP are usually the ones who most definitely have no clue. Instead, they are irrational, emotional, henny pennys screaming "the sky is falling", without even looking up.
Obama and Trump both had good points and bad points. One more than the other perhaps.
