Hello there ι'm new here and also new to android.Please forgive me if am posting to a wrong section!Yesterday i rooted my vodafone joy 845 and i would like to move my apps to the sd card!After a lot of search i found that i have to upgrade to 2.2(i'm currently on 2.1) So is it safe and possible to upgrade a rooted phone?If not what should i do?Please let me know someone!

If it's like the D2 you can update while rooted, it will just remove root.

So this means that i can install the original rom the same way i installed the rom of my choice?
I have the Fresh Zodiac Fruit 5.2 rom!But I have removed some preinstalled apps so i guess i have to do it the hard way!:/

So are vodafone going to do the 2.2 then , i thought they where not ?.
I have no idea that's why am asking?Where can i see if there is a 2.2 for my device?Any ideas?:/

#if you google it the answer seems to be no.
But isn't it possible to install a 2.2 rom?From a little search i made there are at least two roms for my device with 2.2 according to the xda-developers!So doesn't that mean that i will have Froyo if install one of those roms?
