woah there Mr...

can you start at the beginning and say what your problem is?
Okay first it started off just randomly flashing through apps and changing settings hiding and switching things around and it turned into stealing applications and locking phones out and I mean stealing applications as taking the original application developing a fake one and leaving it in place and using the cloud or something 2 hold information. Now I get spoofed urls redirecting fake accounts duplicate accounts everything was turning and null because it it's proved a Verizon tower toggled it use just that Tower so it was using fake information so everything was reading and null I have Firebase wallet Etc basically all of them and I didn't acquire any of them so it's using screwed up JavaScript or JavaScript 4 bad purposes I can't tell you if it's a hacker or just a virus or something Rogue this is not my forte I'm going to post this I'm going to go take a picture of my open Source license so you can get a ballpark of that because it keeps growing and growing I don't know how to do any of that stuff or use JavaScript or nothing but grit hub XDA plugins or all over my phone and it's turning into Microsoft I guess that's SAQ or whatever I would allow anyone into my phone to try to fix it because it's unbearable it's been a year of fighting this thing or not even fighting just to existing with it so now I'm turning to places like this seeking help

That's still a little hard to follow, but if I can summarize, You are seeing a lot of network traffic going to IP's/URL's that you don't recognize. You suspect some hacking or malware might be involved?

I am going to assume you're phone is rooted, am I correct?

I would recommend flashing it back to factory firmware, then securing your Google account by changing the password and enabling 2-step authentication. What kind of phone is it?

@Mike stanley I don't want to seem overly critical, but your posts without punctuation are very hard to understand. For example
I have no idea what that means.

And nothing that I actually type comes out the way it's supposed to and all goes through some sort of other platform or redirected. If I tried to make what I'm saying punctually correct I probably won't be able to get anything out I spent almost a half hour chasing and correcting this paragraph.
