ISL32.dll

That's what the PC says it needs to play a DVD. I borrowed some Wi-Fi but I couldn't really find much. How do I download ISL32.dll?

Could be a system file that the whatever it is DVD player app you're using needs. Maybe try reinstalling the player. Alternatively try VLC, that should be able to play DVDs correctly.

Thanks, I plan to try that as soon as I can get more Wi-Fi. On an unrelated more or less topic, is there anyone here who could troubleshoot a TV? I got a Vizio VA26LHDTV10T. I've tried hooking it up to a converter box and straight into the wall, but neither way works. There is a place to plug in HDMI and of course no such cable. Speaking of cable, there's none of that either, and no dish. Despite the primitive conditions, a couple of other sets worked until they gave out, one of them being Vizio and the other an older Zenith.
