ISO Caller ID app that displays Notes field

I'm a landlord so I handle a lot of calls.
As I receive calls I add as much as I can to my contact list in a separate group called "Rental Apps" I also add "- ☆" to the contact name so next time they call I will at least know they have called in the past.

I'd like to find a way to also display the notes field with caller ID so I can take sec to read notes I have already entered... ie. do they have a dog? did they no show to a prior appt.? etc.

so far I have found Call informer and I installed the demo but it looks like it just puts a box over your existing caller id. the demo is limited so I can not test it's performance with the notes field.

Is there another app out there that integrates a little better? looks better.

I don't mind paying a few $$ as this will help me work smarter.

and this one supports wear, so if you had a watch you could view the notes there.

they are close to what I'd like to have but ideally it would work with my current gmail/android contacts and would therefore sync across google.

the apps you found look like the notes are stored in the individual app and you might not have that info available unless the phone is ringing.

I'll be upgrading my current phone in a few months so google integration vs. an app I might need to back up is important to me.
