I have this app that was developed for me. (See http://www.texasgrace.com/AWallpaperMaster.html to learn about the app. Also see http://www.advancedappstore.com/wallpaper.html). It needs some changes and further development. While I do have all the source code I cannot get it to run in my version of Eclipse so either I'm missing something or I'm configured wrong. 
I have a limited budget and am looking for someone that is looking for a long term relationship for not only this project but several other B2B apps currently developed. The developer I was working with died suddenly and I'm not proficient enough in Java to take on his duties.
The AWallpaperMaster app works as is but needs to be modified to either remove the feature of auto-switching the wallpapers every hour/day/week or make it actually work and finish the development for paid image packages. I would be interested in talking to anyone that wants to make a few thousand dollars on this project and continue to serve as an "as needed developer" on other projects.
Since I was seriously burned by an India company/contractor I will accept no inquires from developers without a signed NDA and verifiable references. This is a serious inquiry and comments/questions should be direct to my email at info@AdvancedAppStore.com
