Issue with Boost ZTE warp going in and out of service

just had my WARP activated works great then looses all service as if the phone has not been activated , take it back to the store and it works great , only live about a mile from the store my other boost phone was working great, any ideas, everything is up to date

I've had many returns because of this issue honesty. I think it's hardware failure on some of these phones honestly.
