Issue with Fancy Widget Weather Forecasts?

So this is interesting and confusing. Fancy widgets has the current weather with a little tidbit regard high/low temps for the day. Then, at the bottom it has the actual forecast, including today's forecast.

Why are the high/low not the same?

In this example, the 86 / 68* should actually be 91 / 69* like shown below. Is that a Fancy Widget issue or Weatherbug? Is there a fix?

I thought with FW the top was today and the bottom started with the next day. So, was this screenshot from Monday?

Never mind: I see the refresh date on the bottom.

My guess is it is a WeatherBug problem feeding the top more up to date and taking the forecast from a static area of their service
