Help Issue with Samsung email client

I'm so frustrated. The native email app on my S3 completely mangles ALMOST EVERY email I receive. I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH AN iPHONE.

The only email account I pull down mail from Windows Live.
Instead of emails all I get are a series of hyperlinks. See screenshot

I understand many other people have the same problem.
WHY HASN'T ANDROID FIXED THIS FUNDAMENTAL FLAW???

What I don't get is why the Hotmail App works fine but not the native email app.
However, I don't want to use the Hotmail App as it requires me to click thru to access my emails unlike the native app which puts them on the 1st screen.

I have tried lowering my security settings including uninstalling Avast.
Is there a particular setting that needs to be tweaked when linking an email account.

Could you edit the title to be something like "Hotmail / Live issue with Samsung email client"?

That way, people who use it may be able to help.

As far as I am concerned, Live / hotmail never works well in email clients.

Ok. I have found the solution to the problem. ANDROID APP DEVELOPERS TAKE NOTE AND CHANGE THE EMAIL APP DEFAULTS!!

Anyone with this problem needs to click into an email not displaying properly then left click to bring up options. You will be given seperate options to change 'Font colour' & 'Background colour'. Try changing background colour to white and/or text colour to black.
Voila! All emails now show correctly.

This app should have the correct background and text colours set as default.
