Issue with Samsung galaxy on5 pro

When anyone calls, phone display is turned off during incoming call only it rings. To view caller details, I have to use power button manually to turn on the screen. Kindly suggest how to resolve it.

Make sure there's nothing blocking the proximity sensor (which will turn the screen off during calls). If it's in a case, remove it from the case and see whether the problem remains - if that fixes it the case was the problem.

Not using any case. How to check proximity sensor. Could you please suggest?

Checking that nothing is blocking it is easy if you've no case: just clean the part of the phone above the screen.
