i am inconsistently able to press and hold the lock screen and get the power-off / restart / emergency display to pop-up. so to power-off / restart the phone i have to press and hold the volume-down & lock button & home button for 10 seconds which hard-resets.
i had secure startup enabled but no longer. it seemed to improve a little.
ideas?
