Issues with downloading/installing tether

Hi,
I have purchased easy tether but unable to download or install.It says download unsuccessful.also i havent received any activation code either by mail or any sms.i am unable to repurchase either.could anyone help me with this asap?
I have mailed the support guys with order id and imei/meid but to no response.

What type of phone do you have? Did you download it on the PC or on your phone?
