Issues with HID

Hello,

I just bought a new Android tablet with Android 4.0.4 (it says 'Kernel-Version 3.0.15).
I did not touch anything in the Operating System, it's just the Android out of the box as it came from the online shop where I had it purchased, not rooted, not modified by me in any way ( http://www.easypix.eu/en/product?info=134 ). I even replaced it with an identical device, re-installed the original firmware, and re-installed everything from scratch.

My issue is that I am using a physical USB keyboard while the tablet stands on my desk (plugged in with an OTG cable - into the micro usb slot of my tablet),
which basically works fine. But when I unplug the keyboard I have to reboot the device in order to make it recognize the keyboard again.

I tried to install some USB OTG Helper apps from the marketplace, but I assume they require root-rights (which I don't have), because they didn't help either.

My second issue is that when I reboot the device, it does not automatically connect my bluetooth-mouse.
I bought and installed Bluetooth Autoconnect from the google play store, and it works to stop disconnecting the mouse when the device is in standby, but when I reboot it, it still keeps un-pairing my mouse and I have to manually pair it every time.

Thanks in advance for any advice! : )

PS: I used search and also googled for the issue for quite some time, but didn't find anyone with the same issue yet. Also my threads / posts in two other Android boards did not get any answer.

I'm sorry if I post this in the wrong forum.
