Root Issues with katana rom

Hi everybody I'm running katana rom 11-16 build. Anytime I get a call I have no sound, even when trying to select ring tones there's no sound. Any ideas?. I need help. Thank you for your help.

Factory reset or
Try reflashing the rom?

That worked, but having an SD card issue with it now. Going back to stock until after work when I can try it again. thank you for the help .

Good job.
On the sd card, copy contents on it to a pc using a usb cable and then wipe the sd card in twrp. Then reboot your phone all the way. Go to playstore d/l sdfix app and gametheorys recovery rebooter. Reboot all the way again then Reboot to recovery, do a backup to your externel sdcard and when done, restore your saved data you want from your pc.
