Help Issues with my samsung galaxy s5 charging

Ok so recently my phone has been having problems with charging where it will take ages for the phone to charge, but then the battery drains super quickly and im not sure the reason for this.
Also the phone will randomly say that it is charging when its not connected to the charger which i find really weird.
If anyone would be able to give me some advice to figure out whats wrong with my phone that would be rad.

Do a full reboot and that should fix it, if not, the firmware is bad.

Two S5s here and neither one gives me any trouble.

I recently starting having the problem with my S5 sport , will not charge with wall charger but does charge when connected to laptop. Does anyone have a answer for this.
