Issues with phone charging

For some reason, starting yesterday, my wife's Galaxy Nexus wouldn't charge. She was able to connect it to a PC to charge, but every charging block wouldn't work. I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue or software?
She's tried multiple cables, blocks, battery pulls, different batteries. I haven't had much of a chance to look at it, but was wondering if anyone would have any ideas?

Yeah, we have several. I haven't seen it yet this evening (she's still at work), but believe she's tried the two we use; and have worked just fine a couple days ago.

Always go back to the OEM cable and charger that came with your device and get it going with that. Then experiment with others.

If I was a betting person (aren't because I lack a poker face) I would go with lint somewhere.

Okay, I had an idea. So it's working with the computer but not the wall charger, eh?
So what I did was toggle USB debugging off and then on and now it works. :D
Not sure what that did, but everything seems to be fine now.

Some of the OEM chargers supplied with Samsung products tend to be bad or don't work correctly, both my Galaxy S3 and Precedent both gave me the "unable to charge non-supported Battery. See owner's manual" but using my old BlackBerry charger worked fine. Go figure.
