Help Issues with Viber reinstallation

I've been using viber on my S3 for a while and it was good.Recently it crashed so often and did not activate when I touched on the icon.So I uninstalled and reinstalled it.My wifi connection was good and it told me that the reinstallation was complete but I could not find it anywhere on my screen.I am not a tech person, so please help.I really need it to keep in touch with my family in my country

i have this same problem and actually i reinstalled many time but i get every time after reinstall that viber. problem is still there.

Have you check the app drawer and not only the homescreen?
