iSyncr not working

So I downloaded iSyncr and got it running on my computer, but I was only able to download like 10 of my songs. It can't be DRM, since most of my songs were bought after 2009. At the end it tells me: "653 files were not copyable, are they on your hard drive?"

Do the files have to be stored in a certain location for iSyncr to be able to retrieve them?

I'm pretty sure iSyncr looks in your iTunes library. Beyond that, I'm stumped, since I didn't have that kind of issue (file format MIGHT have something to do with it, I have no idea). Try contacting the developer. He's VERY quick to respond to pleas for help. :)

The files do not have to be stored in any certain location, however, iTunes does have to know where they are. If you sync with a removable drive unplugged, you'll see this type of error happen. Then you have to get iTunes to "locate" the files again, which you can usually do just by playing one of the missing files.

Have you e-mailed us? We do try and be quick to respond. :-)
