Help Its supposed to be 1.6 update ( ota ) in UK...

Last update I got was a about two months ago, at 10.30 am.
So maybe thats the time Google do their IMEI message with the Donut update in it ?
 
No one can Really predict the Exact time we will receive the Update , But we will get it! :)

Well the update is here, but so are many more 'force close' problems & wierd problems ;

Pressing messaging yesterday, bought up the Browser for half the day until re boot.

Pressing a link in browser today bought up messaging.

Photo gallery 'force closes' most of the time.

Voice search 'force closes' a lot.

Sounds like a patch is required.
 
Shawfield have you tried a Factory reset? Hopefully that should sort your Quite odd Problems :eek:
 
I wondered what was going on with the gallery too. I notice that the Market has a totally new look as well as my camera layout, and the Google toolbar is a lot smaller than it used to be.
 
I manually installed the update and have had no stability issues, my magic is much quicker, gets less bogged down when multiple apps are open and the battery usage seems to be improved, all in it's a great update for me.
