Help It's the same memory problem

Wait, hold up mods, read this first.
I actually got the terminal emulator thing and I have something to ask.
What's the point of buying a tablet with 16 gigabytes, if only two of them are usable?
Seriously, that makes no sense, at all.
If there is a way to change where my apps install, or move the app space to somewhere else, I would appreciate it.
