ITU Capitulates on 4G Definition

It's just a marketing term IMO.

I think the term '4G' is meant to cover all the 4th generation type mobile phone technologies, including the faster 'evolved 3G'. Rather than specifying a particular technology.

'3G' is just a general term as well for 3rd generation technologies, such as HSDPA, EV-DO and TD-SCDMA.
