So, I was wondering if there is any free app to control iTunes on Macs,

Yes: with free for personal use Teamviewer you can run your whole Mac (or PC) remotely. Including iTunes.
But I'm not aware of an Android app/Mac iTunes server combo that would let you stream music (or video) from iTunes on your Mac to your phone. Although that shouldn't be too hard to develop for Android phones and Macs/PCs that are on the same WiFi router.
When you want to stream media while 'on the road', over mobile phone connections (3G, 4G, GSM, GPRS, EDGE) be aware that that eats up a lot of data of your limited dataplan!

I don't know. But I don't think so because it wouldn't make sense: if that would be possible it would be limited to a few metres or 2 dozen feet max. If you're that close to the Mac (or PC) you could probably do playback much easier directly from/on it, rather than setting up a stream to your phone('s tinny speaker and tiny screen).
Besides, streaming media is probably too much for Bluetooth's speed capability.

I think he just wants to use the phone as a remote. For example, when I'm lying down on the sofa and watching movies from my laptop on the center table I just use Unified Remote to control volume and playback.

Well, if you had taken the trouble to type 'itunes remote' in the Market's search box you would have found dozens of apps for that...

But if you're on the couch in the same room, why don't you use Apple's application Front Row – already on your Mac – and the Apple remote control thingy? That also came with your Mac! They were tailor made to solve your 'problem'. Run iTunes cinema style!

Front Row tutorial.

It runs on IR, afaik. Not on Bluetooth.
