Itunes to S3

hi guys recently switched from iphone 4 to S3 and very happy. Running into a problem trying to put my music on my phone. I am running on a MacBook Pro and would like to put my itunes music onto my S3. Can someone please tell me how I would be able to do this? Thanks
 
Never having used itunes or any of the iphones, I may not be able to fully understand, but why don't more people recommend Google Music? All the music is uploaded and then you can do what you want with it (stream or download). Also you can access it from any computer, anywhere......

Not available (officially) outside the US.

Doubletwist is another one to try too.
