What plan are you on? I believe that you're stuck until your new month starts. Use WiFi when and where you can.

No it is done on the server end by your carrier.

I did find a way a while back. They'd throttle 4G so I'd force 3G and get faster speeds.

Well there ya go.

I'd suggest to be more careful and not do so much on data; use Wi-Fi when and where you can. Or, get one of the higher plans so you can use more data.

If you are on MetroPCS they will throttle you even if you are within the limits of your plan. This has to do with the fact sending MMS is only accomplished on your data EXCLUSIVELY. Even if I have my wifi on, it will not send on wifi, just data only. It's weird.

MMS does require data, that's just just how it is.

Your up/down is the same as EDGE speeds, and 1x.

Your ping doesn't look bad though.
