I bought SS J7 (2015) several years ago but now its memory is too little to save game or some apps. I dont know how to expand the memory to download some app i need? And does it have Split-Screen Multitasking?

J7 (2015) is not enough memory

I can tell you how to remove stuff to get some use out of it, but there is no way to expand the memory effectively.
The battery, if it hasn't been already, will need replacement soon.
Eliminate any apps that you don't use, and also any that you can use your browser for instead (like social media).
Is there an SD card?
If so, put all your videos and pictures, music, etc. on it.
