J730g cracked glass.

My J7 Pro decided it would try to race me down the back steps (it won. I was just frozen), and has cracked the screen. The bottom right corner (as im looking at it now)took the brunt, but has sent smaller cracks up the right side. Everything under the cracks is working fine. So, to my question....
There seems to be a lot of confusion as to whether the who LCD digitizer needs to be replaced or just the glass. With a fairly dramatic difference in price, I wanna make sure I'm informed before looking to get it fixed. I've had an offer of &195 to get it fixed, compared to around $300 everywhere else.
Any help would be appreciated

You need to replace the whole screen. Actually, it is not that difficult to replace the screen. You can read the tutorial of Samsung J7 Pro screen replacement. There is no definite fix for the broken screen. The best way to “fix” these problems is to have the display changed.

There's no confusion really. You need to replace everything. Yes only the glass is broken, but manufacturing bonds the digitizer to the glass with adhesives. If you try to remove the digitizer from the glass to replace it, you could leave behind shards or even damage the digitizer, and buying a digitizer and glass separate from the each other is more expensive than just buying the whole thing and having it slapped in.
