I have jailbroken my itouch and made it look like my htc incredible even with the clock. I have to say jailbreaking is well worth the risk. What do you think.

I can't find figure out how to jailbreak my 2nd Gen touch. Every link I have found doesn't work for MC numbers such as mine. Any advice?

If you have an iDevice and don't jailbreak it, you are wasting it's potential. I had an iPhone 3Gs, and it's amazing how much that hardware was capable of that Apple wouldn't let it do. I was multitasking, sorting apps into folders and using custom perspective wallpapers about a year before Apple even announced that they were going to do some of that stuff with iOS4. Hell, I even had a limited version of Flash that would let me watch SOME Flash content from the web! Freaking Apple. Great hardware, but the software is so crippled that it ruins it. ETF'd my iPhone for my Droid X, haven't regretted it once. Haven't even found a need to root yet, either, it already does what I want!

Any suggestion on how to jail break my 2nd gen?

Here's a matrix of what you can and can't do with your iDevice:

Just click on what matches your iDevice and it will bring up everything you should need, including the jailbroken .ipsw and a link to a guide on how to use it. Here's the iPod Touch 2nd Gen info:

Have fun, and remember, before doing anything else, back up EVRYTHING from your iDevice, that way if something bad happens, you can at least restore it to it's current state.

I say the exact same thing. Without a jailbreak, you are really hampered on the software side of iOS. we know why Apple does it, but once you see the potential in an iDevice, your eyes are opened and there is no way I could go back to stock iOS. once you jb, you will find Apple products so much more Android-like.
