Go to:

Settings > System > System Update

Check if you got any new update. If not..

Go to:

Installed Apps in Settings and click on 3 dots in top right. Select 'Show system' apps.

Find 'Google Services Framework' and clear its data. Reboot your phone and then go and check if new update came.

In clear option is find. Only disable, force stop and bleow extra content.
This is how I got it and it worked for a few more people:
Find Google Services Framework - Disable - Check For Update - Restart Phone - Check For Update - (You should get Google Service Crash Error by now) - Enable Google Services Framework - Check For Update
