Japan Best selling phone list

For the last several weeks, smartphones are racking up the best selling phone lists in Japan. IPhone fans are naturally happy and justified the iPhone 4 being in the top 5. What they and the Apple happy media hasn't been telling you, lately its Android phones are filling that list if you take a closer look.

Dec. 6 to 12
Top sellers are

1. DoCoMo Lynx 3D
2. KDDI IS03
3. DoCoMo SC-02b
4. IPhone 4 32gb
5. IPhone 4 16gb

IPhones in the top 5! What you don't see in the names is that no. 3 here is actually the Japanese market Samsung Galaxy S.

And that no. 1 and 2 are actually Sharp made Android smartphones with Japanese mobile services.

And more Japanese branded Androids to come - Toshiba Regza IS04 launching on December 17 to start.

Note, Japan doesn't list iPhone as the same model because it has two different price points.

Japan usually likes flip phones for some reason. There aren't that all to keen about phones like the iPhone. But now there liking the touchscreen.

Maybe it's their ketai culture. (cellphone culture)
