How can I enable java on my samsung galaxy tablrt

Hi and welcome.
You have to run Java through the Android SDK/ Eclipse on a computer. you can't download it onto a tablet.
It is packed into the app and the tablet will use it. You shouldn't have to enable it.
if you are trying to view a page in your browser that wants Java, go to the browser's settings and make sure "enable Java" is checked. Look under Advanced settings.
