Almost certainly not, for the following reasons:
1) Not enough memory
2) Sony would need to build the Linux kernel incorporating the required device drivers for all the hardware in the phone
3) Why would you want to, it's a perfectly useable feature phone.
If you want Android, get an Android phone, Ideally a Nexus, but if money is tight, something like a new Huawei Y300 would do nicely.
