Root JB Update Bugs?

I updated to JB using ZenWafer's CWM BackUp and I've noticed a few bugs. The Email notification (When Expanded) has the Reply and Archive buttons a little cut-off. And some other notifications are a little messed up like, i have this app called Notification Weather and the notification icon itself sometimes varies in size. I don't know if those bugs are just normal bugs, or if there because of the CWM BackUp. If anyone else is experiencing those or any bugs in general just let me know so that I know I'm not the only one.

I've not had any of the troubles you are having, but I use the Gmail app and not the Email app.

FWIW - The backup I posted is nothing more than our OTA Jellybean (Rooted) so any blame belongs to either Samsung or the developer of said app.
