Help JB Update problem

Hi,
I've been attempting to install the update for quite some time now, but the install is failing when it reaches 25%.
Download works fine, and I've even done a factory reset without success.
I have an unlocked International version.
Any ideas what could be causing this and what else I can try?

Try downloading the update from Kies software instead of through your device.

Hi,
Kies is not giving me the option - unless I'm missing something (which is more than possible).
What I think is the only relevant menu option - Tools>Firmware Upgrade & Initialisation - tells me I'm on the current version so I assume that this is not JB??

the min u plug ure phone into the pc and start kies it should say there is a software update available in the main screen of the app.

I'm getting no message from Kies, but am when checking direct from the S3. I think I'll get Samsung to check it over.
