I have no way of knowing, but I would blame Verizon for no Jelly Bean, not Motorola. They always seem to be the one that delays updates and progress. Their "testing" process takes freakin' forever. If they didn't have the best network in my area, I'd leave them in a second...which is exactly what they count on.The bigger question should be why wasn't jelly bean already included?

Well where's my project butter? Its a lot smoother than ICS but still laggy in some functions like pressing the home screen button twice to get the page previews. Its not final so maybe it will be smoother. I can say that the camera takes a lot better pics. Pics come out clear and focused. The camera is as good as my s3 I had before this one.
