Jelly bean or honeycomb icon on status bar!

Hi I've made the transition from iphone to blackberry to android so far very happy with android platform and with my device Galaxy Nexus!
When you go to the market and you are looking into the app that says "jelly bean theme donate" in the preview pics on top of the pics the status bar shows an android app. Would anyone tell me what that app is and how I can have that app installed in my Galaxy Nexus???

Enough of counseling. I just wanna know whats the name of the app. Just look at the app at the market "jelly beans theme donate" and the screenshots shows an android kinda like honeycomb idk on the status bar!!!

All I'm seeing is screenshots of the theme and a jellybean icon. What exactly are you talking about?
