I was given a surfer 360 jellypad as a gift recently. Ive been trying to watch bbc i player and 4od but the content wont run. Ive tried uninstalling and re installing but it still wont play. Although itv player does work?!?!

I now have a new problem. I tried to reset the device, but now when i turn it on it's stuck on the JellyPad boot up screen. Is there a way of bypassing this screen by using the power button and the volume control?
The device is a Smartbook Surfer 360 MN10u.

A bit unusual, iPlayer not working. It's generally not fussy about what it you can install it on, unlike things like Sky Go. I'm using it on a Chinese Oppo no problem, which has a custom ROM and is rooted, and I'm in China, because I never like to miss my Eastenders.
