Jellybean os , but there is no stopwatch or timer

Cant find the stopwatch or timer in the standard clock application. can anyone tell me what to do

Usually it's in the Clock section. If there isn't - You can find hundreds of such apps in the market.

It depends on what phone you are using. Some brands don't put one in.

My Samsung GT5830i didn't come with a countdown timer.Even my old little Nokia 100 comes with loads more useful stuff than Samsung.I use a small countdown app on the phone now,
