Requirements:
Root+cwm
Samsung Galaxy Rush
Basic knowledge of android and cwm
These files are not made by me I acquired all information and files in this forum, I have only simplified the process and put everything into 1 thread. Proper credit will be supplied at the end of the post*
This tutorial is for anybody currently running a custom ROM + Kernel.*
I did all of this from my phone, there was absolutely no need for a computer!!
Before you begin, download these 3 files:

On your externalSD place the stock ROM and stock kernel in an easy to find folder. (We will use ROMs in this case)
Now place the 4.1.2 backup to "clockworkmod/backup/" in your externalSD
Assuming you already have root+cwm, boot into recovery. (Power+volUP)
Wipe data/factory
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik cache
Install stock ROM and then install the kernel.
Then go to the backup section within cwm and restore from the file supplied. *"clockworkmod/backup/2013-5-21...."
Once complete reboot your phone and enjoy, I'm sure the ROM scene will be kicking very shortly.
