Hello,my gf got the update on her Razr to Jellybean Feb 1st and she was able to set anything as a ringtone. Now it doesn't recognize that.Under Phone ringtone it'll say whatever ringtone that she has there, but under default notifcation,it'll play whatever's there. So when she gets a call, the ringtone will be the default notification. How do I fix that?

Have you performed a factory data reset yet since upgrading to Jelly Bean? Doing a reset will most probably clear up any issues you are having with the phone. It is also recommend after upgrading any operating system. Hopefully this will clear up any problems with the phone.

Went to Best Buy and the person that works in the phone department did something under development and it worked.Gf didn't wanna lose her game progress so I didn't wanna factory reset. Is there an app that let's us backup game data without root? She doesn't want her phone rooted either

I had problems with assigning ring tones after the JB update myself, my fix to the problem was I downloaded an app called Ringo from the play store, it's very simple to setup and works great!
