My Galaxy s3 has been "upgrading" to jelly bean for 24 hours. I don't actually think the upgrade is in progress any longer- it seems that it has frozen. However, there is no option to "cancel" the upgrade (cancel button is grayed out on my computer) nor is there an option to recover as the recovery guide is also grayed out.
The Droid logo is still showing up on my phone and says "Downloading... Do not turn off target!!". I don't know what to do at this point. I'm fairly sure the issue is with my computer. I'd like to attach my phone to a faster (newer) computer to get this upgrade, but at this point...????
