Jerry Nelson (The Count muppeteer) dies

The puppeteer and voice for the Count and many others passed thursday.

The weird part was that as a child he was my favorite character on Sesame Street yet I would have horrible nightmares of him regularly. Odd, right?

RIP Jerry Nelson... thank you for all the good times and education!

I reference his work while teaching my son how to brush teeth. His work was invaluable.
