KPI Consulting/DeveloperProgram.com is seeking a Developer Support Engineer to join the Developer Technical Services team.

Developer Support Engineers are responsible for providing support to developers working with mobile and web platforms. These team members must have strong skills in coding, troubleshooting, problem solving, and producing technical documentation. The ability to quickly learn and understand new programming APIs. Enthusiasm is also a must. Team members should also be enthusiastic about reaching out to developers to help and provide personalized support and service.

Required Qualifications/Skill
- 4-year college degree (BS or BA in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
- Java programming experience
- Experience using REST and SOAP web services
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with learning a variety of new development platforms and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Support continuous improvement of current Technical Services team processes
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Enthusiasm for learning about and participating in the mobile application space.
Desired Skills and Abilities
- Experience developing for Android and other mobile platforms.
- Customer-facing technical support experience.
- Experience creating technical documentation.
