Use a file explorer. The tablet may have come with an app like My Files, although I highly recommend Solid Explorer for its many features.

Have you sent it to JPay to unlock it from its locked-down, kiosk-connected mode?

If not, you're not going to be able to do much of anything, like install apps or pull files off to save elsewhere.

If you don't want to pay JPay to unlock it, you can find shady information and/or offers for help online. Proceed with caution!

you must use files with the update folder. but first u must have a micro to micro otg cable
