I am the developer of the DJStudio 3 for Android and I just released Jugglr!
Jugglr is the first DJ application for Android with a realtime vinyl scratch effect. I was designed to be user friendly and to have the same scratching and graphics quality as we can get on the well know DJ apps of iPhone. It targets recents smartphones and tablets since SDK 3.0.
It includes a playlist, equalizers, pitch modification, pre-cueing, loop points, audio effects and much more. You can find the details here:
